NOIR Media is a digital marketing agency based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia (11th Floor, SV35 Tower, Mao Tse Toung Blvd). These terms apply to your use of this website and our services.
Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined by the package you select or a written agreement. Monthly packages renew automatically and can be cancelled with notice before the next billing cycle - there are no long-term lock-ins.
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of a new engagement, tell us and we will make it right or refund your first month, per the guarantee terms presented on our packages page.
Content we produce for you becomes yours upon full payment. Our internal tools, templates, and processes remain ours. You are responsible for the accuracy of materials and claims you ask us to publish on your behalf.
We work to professional standards but cannot guarantee specific marketing outcomes (rankings, follower counts, or revenue). Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the month in which the issue arose.
